Role Description
The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training strategies across the company group. This role ensures employees at all levels—from office staff to factory workers and hospitality service teams—receive the required skills, knowledge, and competencies to support business performance and long-term organizational growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in multi-industry groups or large organizations.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, and Hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning tools, and training systems.
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, facilitation, and leadership. Preash
• Ability to design structured training programs and competency frameworks.
• Good command of English (and/or Khmer, depending on company needs).
