Role Description

To present to potential customers with raw material and interior design sale proposals. Developing company sale strategies and managing sales proposals to company's existing and potential customers.

Requirements

• Degree or above 
• Min 2 years of relevant sales experience in selling interior decorative building materials or related filed. 
• Good sales experience, ideally with solid experience in B2B customer facing experience  
• Candidates with solid experience in specification is a plus

In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting the broader supply chain functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in warehouse operations and logistics within a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus 
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods 
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software 
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics 

• Experience with inventory control and order processing systems 
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Basic understanding of inventory tracking and reporting tools, Soft Skill,s and Cultural Fit 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Role Description

The Delivery Man is responsible for safely delivering raw materials and supplies to customers, construction sites, factories, or warehouse branches. The role includes loading/unloading goods, ensuring accurate delivery, maintaining the company vehicle, and providing professional service to customers. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). 
• Valid driving license (car or truck depending on company requirement). 
• Minimum 1 year experience as delivery driver in logistics, construction, or material supply (preferred). 
• Experience handling decor or construction materials is a plus. 
• Good driving skills and knowledge of city roads. 
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely (wood sheets, metal parts, etc.). 
• Basic understanding of delivery documents.
