Role Description

The Senior Bartender is responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service, leading the bar team, ensuring excellent guest experience, and maintaining bar operations according to hospitality standards. This role combines advanced bartending skills with leadership, training, and operational responsibilities. 

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or related field preferred 
• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior role 
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology techniques 
• Leadership and training skills 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
