Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Furniture Technology,  Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 
• 3–5 years of experience in product development, R&D, or furniture/interior manufacturing. 
• Strong knowledge of materials (wood, metal, laminates, upholstery, etc.) and production techniques (CNC, finishing, joinery, etc.). 
• Proficiency in design and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino,  SketchUp, etc.). 
• Good understanding of ergonomics, functionality, and cost optimization. 
• Creative mindset with problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Role Description

The Senior CNC Designer is responsible for developing advanced CNC-ready drawings,  toolpaths, and production files for decorative products and customized furniture components. This role ensures precision, manufacturability, and efficiency from design concept to final production, collaborating closely with R&D, production, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field. 
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as CNC Designer, CNC Programmer, or Technical Designer in furniture, woodwork, metalwork, or interior decor manufacturing. 
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling. 
• Proficient in design and CNC software such as: 
   o AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, SketchUp (optional). 
   o VCarve, ArtCAM, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or other CAM software. 
• Understanding of materials: MDF, plywood, hardwood, acrylic, metal sheets, etc. 
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and tolerances. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. 
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy. 
• Good communication and teamwork. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations, with a focus on production efficiency, quality control, and the integration of advanced ERP systems. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 
Experience: 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager, etc.). 
• Strong expertise in ERP system management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 
• Proven track record of managing production teams and driving operational excellence. 
• Experience in managing multi-functional teams and collaborating across departments. 
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control
